Komatsu PC210-8 (commonly referred to as PC210-8M0) is a medium-sized hydraulic excavator developed by Komatsu for heavy working conditions such as mine and gravel. It has a number of technical upgrading and structural strengthening designs. Its core characteristics and advantages are as follows:
-High durability and reliability
-Larger chassis is adopted, working devices (boom and bucket rod) are fully strengthened, and wear-resistant materials are added for key components to adapt to high-strength continuous operation.
-Standard crawler frame bottom guard, cab front lower half protective screen, full-size supporting wheel guard (new mine type), effective protection of key components from gravel impact.
-High efficiency hydraulic system
-With CLSS (Closed Center Load Sensing System Plus) closed hydraulic system, the hydraulic efficiency is improved by about 15% and the fuel consumption is reduced by 10%.
-The maximum flow of the main pump reaches 439 L/min, and the pressure of the walking/rotating hydraulic circuit is 37.3 MPa and 28.9 MPa respectively, so as to ensure quick action response and stable force output.
