Features
Komatsu PC210-8 (commonly referred to as PC210-8M0) is a medium-sized hydraulic excavator developed by Komatsu for heavy working conditions such as mine and gravel. It has a number of technical upgrading and structural strengthening designs. Its core characteristics and advantages are as follows:
-High durability and reliability
-Larger chassis is adopted, working devices (boom and bucket rod) are fully strengthened, and wear-resistant materials are added for key components to adapt to high-strength continuous operation.
-Standard crawler frame bottom guard, cab front lower half protective screen, full-size supporting wheel guard (new mine type), effective protection of key components from gravel impact.
-High efficiency hydraulic system
-With CLSS (Closed Center Load Sensing System Plus) closed hydraulic system, the hydraulic efficiency is improved by about 15% and the fuel consumption is reduced by 10%.
-The maximum flow of the main pump reaches 439 L/min, and the pressure of the walking/rotating hydraulic circuit is 37.3 MPa and 28.9 MPa respectively, so as to ensure quick action response and stable force output.
-Intelligent monitoring and remote management
-KOMTRAX remote monitoring system is standard configuration, which can collect oil consumption, working hours, fault codes and other data in real time, optimize operation habits and support preventive maintenance.
-Large TFT LCD color monitor is equipped to clearly display water temperature, oil temperature, fuel level, working mode and other information, so that the operator can master the equipment status in real time.
-Optimized Human Engineering and Safety Design
-High-rigid cab, ROPS/FOPS compliant, provides excellent crash protection.
-Multi-direction adjustable suspension seat, woven fabric cushion, reversible armrest and reasonable air conditioning air outlet layout are configured to reduce long-term operation fatigue.
-Configuration suitable for heavy duty operation
-Rated bucket capacity: 0.80~0.94 m ³ for standard type and 1.00 m ³ for heavy operation/mine type.
-The maximum digging force of the bucket is 15200 kgf (about 149 kN) and the digging force of the bucket rod is 11000 - 13000 kgf, which is suitable for excavation of hard materials.
-Spare valve of crusher is provided as standard for the convenience of subsequent installation of accessories such as crusher hammer.
-Performance of engine
-Komatsu SAA6D107E-1 six-cylinder direct-injection turbocharged intercooled engine with rated power of 103 kW (140 PS) and displacement of 6.69 L is adopted, meeting the emission standard of Tier3/EPA TIER3.
