Adopts SAA6D125E-6A six-cylinder turbocharged common rail engine, net power 268kW, displacement 11.04L, EU Stage IIIB emission standard. Only DPF passive regeneration without urea SCR system, fewer consumables and low long-term open-pit mining maintenance cost. Extra high low-end torque guarantees constant stable power for heavy rock digging and all-day hammer breaking without power stall.
Reinforced Extended LC Heavy-Duty Mining Undercarriage
8 track rollers with long ground contact length, wider LC gauge effectively reduces ground pressure. Total operating weight reaches 47.91t, over-side lifting capacity greatly improved vs 40-ton series excavators, outstanding anti-sinking performance on muddy open-pit ground, superior stability for deep digging and heavy ore loading. Full-length stone guard plates protect undercarriage from rock impact abrasion.
High-Flow HydrauMind Regenerative Hydraulics
Dual variable displacement main pumps deliver total flow up to 620L/min. Boom & stick energy regeneration stabilizes hydraulic pressure during round-the-clock hard rock breaking, smooth synchronized compound movements and ultra-precise fine control. Factory pre-installed bi-directional large-flow auxiliary hydraulic circuit directly fits 50t heavy hydraulic breakers, grapples and tilt quick couplers without refitting.
Versatile Large-Capacity Mining Working Equipment
Standard 3.5m³ heavy rock bucket greatly improves ore loading efficiency, perfectly suitable for large quarry, mass backfilling, river dredging and heavy foundation excavation multi-scenarios. Optional long deep-dig stick and short heavy hammer stick for customized mining jobs.
