Powered by Komatsu SAA6D125E‑5 six-cylinder common rail diesel engine, net power 269kW, China IV emission standard with passive DPF regeneration, no urea required. Delivers 10% lower fuel consumption compared to older models, strong digging force and stable power output under continuous heavy rock workload.
Reinforced wide LC heavy-duty undercarriage with double flange track rollers and heavy-duty wear-resistant track shoes. 4.32t heavy cast counterweight provides outstanding stability during deep excavation and massive ore loading, low sinking risk on muddy mine sites.
Two working front configurations available. Standard long boom for open-pit overburden stripping. Short SE boom paired with 4.2m³ large rock bucket boosts loading efficiency by 25%. Annealed and reinforced boom & arm resist heavy impact from hard rock mining.
CLSS regenerative hydraulic system with total flow up to 722L/min and independent auxiliary hydraulic circuit, compatible with 550-class heavy hydraulic breakers. Smooth combined movements and ultra-precise fine control for quarry and mining tasks.
Full mining protection kit fitted as standard, including reinforced cylinder guards and long-life sealed pins. Minimizes deformation and oil leakage under long-term hard rock impact.
