Efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly
This model is equipped with a Komatsu SAA4D95LE turbocharged engine, utilizing Komatsu's unique Ecot3 technology to meet the equivalent of the third stage of exhaust emission standards for Japan, the United States, and Europe. The engine power has been increased to 48.5kW, and the speed has been reduced to 1950r/min, improving fuel efficiency. Standard equipped with automatic deceleration function, when the operating lever of the working device is placed at the median second, the engine speed can be automatically reduced to save fuel. Provide multiple operating modes such as P (power) mode and E (economy) mode, among which E mode can automatically control the engine speed to achieve efficient operation, and can be subdivided into E0 or E1 sub modes according to the operation content. In addition, an "economic operation indicator" is installed on the multifunctional monitor to guide the driver to operate the equipment within an environmentally friendly and efficient range.
Humanized driver's cabin
The cab adopts a new design with high rigidity and excellent sound absorption effect, and its internal quietness can reach the level of a sedan. The cabin space is spacious, equipped with adjustable seats and armrests integrated with the console, making it convenient for drivers of different body types to set the optimal operating posture. The cab has a good front and rear view and is equipped with a large capacity automatic air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature throughout the year.
Excellent maintainability and durability
The convenience of daily maintenance is outstanding, and a parallel cooling system is adopted, which horizontally arranges the radiator, oil cooler, and aftercooler in parallel, making it easy to clean and disassemble. The replacement cycle of key oil products and filter elements is relatively long, which reduces maintenance frequency and cost. The dual filter air filter can be disassembled without tools, and the fuel filter comes with oil-water separation function. The working device has been strengthened in design to enhance overall durability. In addition, a large capacity toolbox is installed on the right side of the vehicle for storing standard tools and butter buckets.
Advanced hydraulic and intelligent systems
The hydraulic system adopts Komatsu's unique "pressure compensation CLSS" system, which not only provides powerful excavation force, but also achieves high-precision operation during fine operations, saving work time. This model comes standard with the Kangchasi remote device management system, which can provide real-time feedback to users on device location, working hours, fuel consumption, fault alarms, and other information. Users can check at any time through a computer or mobile client.
Design for operational safety and convenience
Equipped with an accumulator as standard, the stored hydraulic energy can still be used to lower the working device for a short period of time after the engine is turned off, improving safety. The working device has been continuously improved, for example, the early models of the excavator bucket were designed with 4 teeth, and the later models on sale have been changed to a widened design with 5 teeth, effectively improving the bucket capacity and operational efficiency. The increased size of the sprocket wheel helps to reduce the load intensity during travel.

HOW IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

In general circumstance, we can have an immediate delivery of regular machines for our clients within 7 days, because we have a variety of resources to check machines in stock, locally and nation widely, and to receive machines in timely manner. But for manufacturers/factories, it will take more than 30 days to produce the ordered machine.

HOW SOON CAN YOU RESPOND CLIENT INQUIRIES?

Most problems can be solved within 8 hours, while manufacturers/factories will take much longer to give response.

WHICH PAYMENT TERMS CAN YOU ACCEPT?

Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term, sometime DP term.

1. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of original B/L for long-term cooperating client.

2. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an international recognized bank can be accepted. Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with. WHICH INCOTERMS 2010 TERMS CAN YOU WORK?

We are a tender and friendly supplier, never greedy on windfall profit. Basically, our price remains stable through the year. We only adjust our price based on two situations: (1) The rate of USD: RMB varies significantly according to the international currency exchange rates; (2) Manufacturers/factories adjusted the machine price, because of the increasing labor cost and transportation cost.

WHAT LOGISTICS WAYS YOU CAN WORK FOR SHIPMENT?

We can ship construction machinery by various transportation tools.

1. For 80% of our shipment, the machine will go by sea, to all main continents such as Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania and Southeast Asia etc., either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment.

2. For inland neighborhood countries of China, such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan etc., we can send machines by road or railway.

3. For light spare parts in urgent demand, we can send it by intemational courier service, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or Fedex.
