XTC120 trench cutter is equipped with 2 × 120 kN · m reducers and a third-generation drive unit, which has stronger ability in hard rock cutting. The optimized design of the fully guided third-generation heavy-duty cutter frame is more suitable for high torque hard rock cutting. The second-generation high flow mud pump has strong slag discharge capacity, easy disassembly and assembly, economical maintenance, and high construction efficiency. Trenching curve display+high-precision depth measurement+12 sets of correction devices ensure easy operation, stronger correction ability, and higher trenching accuracy. With modular design of segmented hydraulic pipe bank, the length of large-diameter hydraulic pipes can be adjusted according to depth. Optional cutter frame rotation function meets special construction needs. The hydraulic telescopic chassis with support legs has a large driving force, making it easy to disassemble and transport. The five row mud hose winch can accommodate hoses for a maximum trenching depth of 125m, and has quick and convenient disassembly and assembly. The new dual spring compensation device ensures high pressure maintenance reliability and longer lifespan of the gearbox. 80t level double winch has stronger pull-out force. 36mm anti rotation special-shaped wire rope is safe to use and has longer service life. Imported CAT 571kW engine with independent top mounted temperature control radiator has sufficient power and low fuel consumption. Closed soundproof side door design and 25mm polyester cotton sound-absorbing engine compartment ensure low noise of the whole machine.
