Notice Regarding the Qingming Festival Holiday Arrangements

To all departments and staff members:

In accordance with the national public holiday schedule and taking into account the company’s operational requirements, we hereby notify you of the arrangements for the 2026 Qingming Festival holiday as follows:

I. Holiday Period
1. The holiday will run from Saturday, 4 April 2026, to Monday, 6 April 2026, for a total of three days.

2. Normal working hours will resume on Tuesday, 7 April.

II. Work Arrangements
1. All departments are requested to thoroughly review their work prior to the holiday, ensure a smooth handover, and guarantee an orderly transition of work before and after the holiday period.

2. Should it be necessary to receive clients or handle urgent matters, please make staff arrangements in advance and report this to the company.

3. Please ensure communication devices remain accessible throughout the holiday period. Should any urgent matters arise, please communicate promptly and handle them appropriately.

III. Travel Safety Reminders
1. Prior to the holiday, all departments are requested to conduct safety inspections of office areas, switch off power supplies, and secure doors and windows to eliminate potential safety hazards.

2. During the holiday, please pay attention to personal safety, property security and travel safety. Observe traffic regulations and take necessary precautions whilst travelling.

3. Please manage your schedule sensibly, ensuring a balance between work and rest, so that you may return to work in good spirits after the holiday.
